Return and Exchange Policy
- Return Conditions
Customers are required to inspect the goods and may request an exchange or return at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:
- The item received does not match the type or model ordered as stated on the invoice or website at the time of purchase.
- Insufficient quantity or incomplete set as specified in the order.
- Visible external damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the deficiencies for the completion of the return/exchange process.
- Notification and Return Shipping Regulations
Notification period for returns: Within 48 hours from receipt of the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage. Return shipping period: Within 14 days from receipt of the product. Return location: Customers can return the product directly to our office/store or via postal service.
