Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Conditions

Customers are required to inspect the goods and may request an exchange or return at the time of delivery/receipt under the following circumstances:

  1. The item received does not match the type or model ordered as stated on the invoice or website at the time of purchase.
  2. Insufficient quantity or incomplete set as specified in the order.
  3. Visible external damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the deficiencies for the completion of the return/exchange process.

  • Notification and Return Shipping Regulations

Notification period for returns: Within 48 hours from receipt of the product in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage. Return shipping period: Within 14 days from receipt of the product. Return location: Customers can return the product directly to our office/store or via postal service.
